Refunds
BA-Byzantinorama has a no refund policy which applies to any item purchased. All the pieces of our collections are hand made and custom made for each order and to this end are not refundable.
We do however offer our clients the possibility to service their products once a year via a service contract, under a standard fee. If this is a desired option you should let us know upon an email.
Nevertheless, we take precaution measures, via our packaging, so that your product is safetly transfered to you.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we inform you that your product is accopmanied by a unique authentication code, included in the gift box.
Shipping & Handling Time
When the payment transaction is completed, we proceed with creating your valuable jewel! You will get noticed via an email upon payment the start of creation.
All orders are processed within 2-3 weeks, since they are handmade, customized products. Orders are not shipped or delivered weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In this case, we will contact you via email or telephone and let you know the delivery time.
Once the order has been dispatched, notification will be sent by email. For any detail you need, please feel free to contact us so that we clarify anything about your order.
Upon receipt of your product, we recommend that you personally check the product delivered and confirm that its packaging remains intact.
All orders are dispatched and cannot be collected back or exchanged.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
